My account was suspended for using shared IPs. I upgraded like you said, but my account is still suspended. Why?

Most likely your payment hasn't been cleared yet by PayPal.

We remind that payments using eChecks on PayPal take longer to clear. While payments with credit cards are immediate, payments using eChecks have to wait a few days for PayPal to clear the payment. To check the status of your payment login to your PayPal account and check if it has been cleared, if not you can verify the estimated date for the clearance.

If you have any more questions about your payment, please contact PayPal directly. The moment Astro Empires receives the payment, the account is automatically upgraded, so there is no need to contact us about this issue nor there is anything we can do to accelerate the process.

If your confirm that the payment was cleared and your account remains suspended, please contact us.
