I disagree with a moderator's decision, how do I appeal from it?
Solution
If you wish to appeal a decision from a forum moderator (warning, edit, lock, etc), then you need to contact that moderator directly by private message (PM) or email, explaining why you feel that action was unfair.
If the moderator doesn't reply to your message (please give at least 48 hours for a moderator to reply, they are volunteers and may not be available every day) or if can't reach a consent and you want to take it further, then please open a support ticket for the Forum Department exposing your case.
In the event that you are appealing a suspension you should contact an administrator via support immediately as you will be unable to PM a moderator.
An administrator's decision is final and not subject to further appeal.
Note: Appeals where the user hasn't contacted the moderator first or didn't allow him enough time to reply will be rejected. Make sure you follow our instructions correctly, the administrators are quite busy with other aspects of the game and shouldn't be bothered with these issues unless really necessary.
