Solution In this situation everyone who will be using that Internet connection needs to request a shared IP permission.

To request a shared IP permission please fill out this form (according to the server you play):

You will also be required to comply with the following rules to be granted a shared IP permission:
1) Your account must be upgraded (the first 7 days trial period doesn't count)
2) You are forbidden to attack, occupy bases or take debris from players with the same IP
3) You are forbidden to make joint attacks on bases with accounts with the same IP (one or more accounts attacking and another occupying the base)
4) You are forbidden to transfer occupied bases to other players with the same IP
