Why is it taking so long for my PayPal payment to show on my account?

Most likely your payment hasn't been cleared yet by PayPal.

We remind you that payments using eChecks on PayPal take longer to clear. While payments with credit cards are immediate, payments using eChecks have to wait a few days for PayPal to clear the payment (up to 4 business days for US bank accounts, 8 business days for Canadian and Australian bank accounts and 9 days for UK bank accounts).

To check the status of your payment login to your PayPal account and check if it has been cleared, if not you can verify the estimated date for the clearance. We will not receive any payment until PayPal clears it, therefore only then will your account show the upgrade.

If you have any more questions about your payment, please contact PayPal directly. The moment Astro Empires receives the payment, the account is automatically upgraded.

If you have confirmed with PayPal that your payment has been cleared and the upgrade still doesn't show on your game account or you have paid using a credit card instead, then login to your PayPal account and copy the payment details and sent it to us. On rare occasions there is a communication problem and PayPal doesn't send us the payment confirmation so we are required to do it manually.
