Why is it taking so long for my PayPal payment to show on my account?

To check the status of your payment login to your PayPal account and check if it has been completed. If you have any more questions about your payment, please contact PayPal directly. The moment Astro Empires receives the payment, the account is automatically upgraded. If you have confirmed with PayPal that your payment has been cleared and the upgrade still doesn't show on your game account, then login to your PayPal account and copy the payment details and sent it to us. On rare occasions there is a communication problem and PayPal doesn't send us the payment confirmation so we are required to do it manually. | |
