Can I cancel my upgrade and get a refund?

I'm afraid account upgrades are non-refundable, as described in our Terms of Use. "Payments made to Astro Empires are membership fees, only valid to that specific account/server, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Charge-backs are grounds for account cancellation." | |
